We had a great stay! Clean hotel facilities and friendly staff. Parking was convenient and location was peaceful. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and found it filling.

the swimming pools are well maintained and the rooms clean with comfortable beds and nice showers. the restaurant serves fairly good food at reasonable prices and there's a beautiful view from the balcony. the aqua park on the property is a nice touch for hot summer days.

Some of the staff seemed disinterested in helping guests, which was disappointing.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views from the balcony. the swimming pools and aqua park were excellent for cooling off and having fun. the food was delicious and reasonably priced.

We had a terrible experience with the staff. They were not friendly or helpful and we had a lot of trouble getting our room.

Spent Christmas at a hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The staff were really friendly and they made our stay enjoyable. Loved the warm and comfy bed because it was so cold outside. , the hot shower helped us relax our muscles after a day of skiing. We had an amazing time playing in the snow around the hotel and making snowmen.

The food wasn’t great and there was not much variety in the menu. The on-site activities are limited and expensive as they're operated by third party companies.
